Privacy Policy

ReinstateIQ LLC (New York), doing business as AccessDossier runs AccessDossier. This policy explains what personal data we handle and why.

What we collect

• Account: your email address, your answers to “what describes your work” and “how many clients”, and when you accepted the terms.
• Statements you upload: the PDFs and the data we extract from them, which may include your clients’ names, account numbers and transactions. Handled only as described on the Security & data page, and deleted on the schedule there.
• Billing: handled by Polar (our merchant of record) and its payment processor. We receive your plan status, not your card details.
• Usage events: page views and actions such as “report downloaded”, linked to an anonymous user id, via PostHog. We honour Do Not Track. No statement content is included.
• Ad clicks: if you arrive from one of our Google ads, we keep that click’s id and later tell Google when it led to a qualified sign-up or a paid plan (with the plan price). Nothing else is sent to Google: no email, no statement data, and no Google script runs on our pages.
• Error reports: technical errors via Sentry, with request bodies and cookies removed.

Why

To provide the service you asked for, to bill for it, to keep it secure and working, and to understand which parts are used. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

Who processes it for us

Supabase (database, file storage, sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (fallback reading of statements that software alone cannot verify), Polar (payments and tax), PostHog (usage events), Sentry (errors), Resend (sign-in emails), Google Workspace (support email) and Google Ads (measuring our own ads, as above). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

How long

Statement files: up to 7 days. Extracted results: 30 days. Account and billing records: while your account is open and as long as law requires afterwards.

Your choices

Delete all statement data yourself on the Account page at any time. To access, correct or delete your account data, email hello@accessdossier.com and we will respond within 30 days.
