Refund policy

First month: if AccessDossier isn’t right for you, email hello@accessdossier.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. No questions, no call.

After that: cancel any time from your Account page. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for, and you are not charged again.

Refunds are issued through Polar, our merchant of record, to the original payment method. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
