Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-09-28

These terms cover your use of AccessDossier, provided by ReinstateIQ LLC (New York), doing business as AccessDossier (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. What the service is

AccessDossier is software that reads bank and credit-card statement PDFs you upload, checks their arithmetic and continuity, and produces import files and a report. It is not a bookkeeping, accounting, audit, tax or legal service, and it gives no advice. You remain responsible for your work product and for reviewing results before relying on them.

2. What “Verified” means

A statement marked Verified has passed the checks described on our Security & data page: its balances and totals tie out and no page is missing. It does not mean every description was read perfectly or that transactions are categorized correctly.

3. Your content

  • You must have the right to upload each statement, including your client’s authorization where required.
  • You keep all rights to your content. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described on the Security & data page.
  • You must not upload statements you know to be altered or forged, and you must not use the service to create, alter or misrepresent financial documents.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your sign-in email secure. Don’t attempt to access other users’ data, probe or overload the service, or resell it without our written permission.

5. Plans, billing and refunds

Paid plans are sold by Polar Software, Inc. as merchant of record and renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Our refund promise is on the Refund policy page. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice by email.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and accurate but provide it “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the service we will give notice and refund any unused prepaid period.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Ending

You can stop using the service and delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

9. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Questions: hello@accessdossier.com.
